Barry poznick, President of MGM's unscripted alternative TV station and Orion TV station, shared his enthusiasm for the program. He said, "working with film storytellers to bring intimate and provocative activities to the audience from behind the closing door has expanded the scope of MGM's exclusive programs and attracted audiences all over the world." The first season of the program premiered on Epix on June 14, 2019, and was well received. Two episodes were also released in the second season, which caused heated discussions.
