Lily James will star in the BBC three episode drama "chasing love" and write and direct as an actor for the familiar Emily Mortimer (newsroom). "Chasing love" is adapted from Nancy Mitford's novel of the same name. It is the first part of the Trilogy (the latter two are "love in winter" and "don't tell Alfred"). It tells the story of a British upper class family - the Radlett family during World War I and World War II. The story focuses on the Daughter Linda of the family and her cousin Fanny. Both of them were occupied by love and marriage at the beginning, actively looking for the other half of their ideal. When Fanny decided to calm down, Linda still followed her heart. First, she fell in love with a stodgy Tory politician, then a passionate Communist, and finally fell in love with Fabrice, the Duke of France. Their friendship was also facing a test. Lily James will play Linda.
